Frequent Questions

Q: Can I change the name printed on my ticket?

A: The name on the ticket doesn’t matter. You are free to give the tickets to whomever you choose.

Q: How many people can be in a party?

A: Adventuring parties consist of 6 people. Groups of more than 6 will be divided into smalller. Groups smaller than 6 will be paired with other small groups.

Q: Is food available at the event?

A: Yes! The Ghost Town Bar and Grill will also be open so you can enjoy a great burger and some chili cheese fries while you prepare for, or recover from, your adventure.

Q: What is the difference between Elite and Standard Tickets?

A: Elite tickets allow you to upgrade to an Elite Class for your adventure. This will grant you special bonuses and give you a slight edge in your adventure. Read up on Elite Classes at our Classes & Lore page!

Q: What is Preview Night?

A: March 31st is Preview Night.  Not all quests and effects will be available. Tickets are reduced-price in recognition of this and, while we always welcome feedback, we are particularly in need of it on Preview Nights.

Q: I’m a returning quester, how do I get my inheritance from 2022?

A: We need your names early so we can prepare your inheritance. Please make sure to enter each name when purchasing tickets, if you are given that option (bundles will not get that option). If you didn’t, or couldn’t, please fill out our Google Form. If you do neither of those things, you will have to wait for your inheritance, which could take 30 minutes or longer.

The Rules

We want our guests to have fun, but we do expect responsible behavior.

Play nice, follow the rules, and pay attention to your quest givers and/or other crew members who are looking out not just for you, but for the safety and enjoyment of everyone on the premises. If an actor or crew member breaks out of character to give you instructions, you can bet there’s a good reason for it and you need to listen carefully.
