Jake Morrison - Secretary

Jake Morrison

Secretary

Jake Morrison has volunteered with SCARE for a CURE since 2012. He showed up and was asked if he minded wearing a squib and being killed every five minutes. That was apparently the secret to getting him hooked; the following year he stepped up and took on the responsibility of the FX Department, and the year following that he joined the Board of Directors. He has a long history of haunting; when he lived in Orlando, he worked every fall at Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights. Since high school, Jake has made it a point to volunteer at least 50 hours every year for an organization, and he definitely exceeds that goal every year at SCARE.

Jake graduated in 2006 from Full Sail University with a degree in Digital Arts & Design, and moved to Austin, Texas in 2009. He spends his spare time working on campaigns for D&D, playing video games, and chasing his dog around the backyard. Jake met the love of his life, Nikki, at SCARE for a CURE, and then married her in 2016 on site.
